​​​Deposit, Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: The Deposit of $250 is to save your seat and is non-refundable but it is transferable. Your deposit payment will go towards the final balance.

 

Booking: All payments made towards the balance will not be refunded but are transferable. To transfer your seat to someone else, it will be your obligation to find a substitute. Deadline for finding a substitute is 60 days prior to departure date. A name change is permissible for a $100 fee.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Trip Interruptions: Due to the nature of group travelling and contracting with service providers, deposits and payments made cannot be refunded. We do not provide a travel insurance and this will be up to you to purchase one if you wish to do so.

Payments: Total balance can be split into two payments. First payment of half of the balance is due by June 1st and the second by September 1st. You may pay the entire balance in one payment, if you choose to do so.
